Yingxi Bi is a Senior Research Associate at the International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy. Ms Bi obtained her PhD recently in the Irish Centre for Human Rights, at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Her recent work focuses on the drug policy and human rights, and the drug control policy in China.
She has regularly presented and published on the development of a human rights-based approach to drug policy, the death penalty for crimes in China. Ms Bi holds a LLB in Law and an LLM in Criminal Law from Beijing Normal University, China.
