The programme for the International Harm Reduction Conference 2013 can be viewed here!
In early January 2013, expert team of 22 people met in London to create the conference programme for Harm Reduction 2013. Over the three days members of the programme committee carefully reviewed over 1,000 abstract submissions we received, that had been sent in from all over the world.

This year, for the first time, a regional programme committee has also been created to put together a track of sessions and activities dedicated to harm reduction issues in Eurasia. The regional committee was convened by the regional conference partners, the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network.
The result is a high quality, comprehensive programme containing keynote speeches and a range of different sessions which focus on the conference theme - 'Value/s of Harm Reduction'. In addition to simultaneous English/Russian translation taking place in all plenary and major sessions and half of the afternoon concurrent sessions, Harm Reduction 2013 will also be the first of our conferences to have a dedicated track of sessions and activities taking place in the Russian language only.
Abstract submission
The abstract submission system is now closed. We would like to thank all participants who took the time to submit an abstract for Harm Reduction 2013. This year we received around 1000 abstracts! Every single abstract will be reviewed by at least three members of the International Programme Committee.
