Due to the success of previous conferences, and a programme of continued re-investment by the conference organisers, the delegate fees for Harm Reduction 2013 have been reduced by between 18% - 26% since the 2010 conference. In additon, there are also further discounts available for payments before the ‘Early Bird’ deadline of 11th February 2013, delegates from ‘Low’ or ‘Middle’ income counties, full-time and unwaged students and other unwaged delegates (including drug users, sex workers, and those working in a voluntary capacity).
