The ‘9th International Drugs and Harm Reduction Film Festival’ will run as part of the conference programme for Harm Reduction 2013 and the organisers have issued a call for film submissions. They aim to collect a huge range of films, animations, documentaries and training resources to showcase. Films must be submitted by 1st March 2013, and will be reviewed by an expert panel to select the best ones.
