As in previous years, groups and organisations will organise meetings and satellite events to take place around Harm Reduction 2013. Harm Reduction International and EHRN welcome the opportunity to support and promote these events via the website and other media, and acknowledge them in the conference reader.
Anyone wishing to organise a satellite should first contact Marius Palapis, at West Express (HR: 2013's locally based logistical partner). You will need to provide Marius with details of what facilities and services you require for your meeting and agree a contract for such facilities and any catering services.
Once you have details of the venue and time for your meeting you should contact Larisa Abrickaja to discuss promotional opportunities.
